This report synthesizes a decade of federal storm records, state insurance data, federal disaster documentation, and U.S. Census Bureau housing data to produce a ground-level picture of storm exposure and roofing risk across the South Atlanta market. Every statistic cited is drawn from a named institutional source. No damage figures were estimated or extrapolated by the authors.
