Overview

The report analyzes Google Business Profile review data for 60 selected North Atlanta businesses across six local service categories. The analysis is intended to identify practical reputation patterns, not to rank every business in the market or determine the full quality of any individual company.

Primary Data Sources

Google Business Profile Review Data

Google Business Profile review data was collected and processed for the selected businesses in 2026. The review data provided the underlying ratings, review counts, sentiment patterns, recurring themes, and areas for improvement used in the report.

GBP Review Insights

GBP Review Insights is a proprietary review-sentiment analysis tool built by Make It Loud Digital Marketing. The tool scans Google Business Profile reviews and organizes findings into sentiment scores, key themes, improvement areas, and representative review signals.

Google Maps Search Results

The study set was selected from Google Maps search results in the North Atlanta market across six service categories: auto repair, digital marketing, HVAC, pest control, plumbing, and roofing.

Make It Loud Digital Marketing served as the research partner and appears as a participant in the digital marketing category. The report states that Make It Loud's data was presented without adjustment.

Business Selection

The study set included 60 North Atlanta metro businesses: 10 auto repair businesses, 11 digital marketing agencies, 9 HVAC businesses, 10 pest control businesses, 10 plumbing businesses, and 10 roofing businesses. Businesses were selected from Google Maps search results and represent a range of review volumes, ratings, sizes, and reputation profiles within the selected categories.

Analysis Approach

GBP Review Insights processed review text and organized results into sentiment percentages, key themes, frequency signals, and improvement areas. Category averages were calculated from the selected businesses. Findings such as communication gaps, pricing transparency concerns, and category-level performance reflect patterns in the selected review set.

Limitations

The study is based on selected businesses and should not be treated as a complete census of all North Atlanta businesses in each category. For very high-volume businesses, the tool may analyze a representative review sample rather than every available review. Businesses with very small review counts should be interpreted with caution. Sentiment analysis can identify recurring patterns in review text, but it does not independently verify the facts behind each customer review.
